Last updated: April 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Radiant Barrier USA (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit radiantbarrierusa.com (the “Site”). We manufacture reflective insulation and vapor barrier products and operate exclusively in the United States. The Site is intended for visitors located in the United States. The Site is informational and lead-generation only. We do not sell products directly to consumers through this Site. Orders are placed through our authorized dealers or by contacting our team.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a contact form, request a quote, sign up for our newsletter, or use our dealer locator, we collect:

  • Name, email address, phone number
  • Company or organization (if provided)

  • Project details and any message content you send us

When you apply to become a dealer, we may also collect business information you provide on the application form.

  • IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages viewed, referring URL, time on page, and links clicked
  • Cookie identifiers and similar technologies (see Section 4)

Information from third parties

If you click a Google Maps link from our dealer locator, Google may receive standard request data. We do not receive personal data from Google about that interaction.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to quote requests, contact form submissions, and dealer inquiries
  • Send transactional emails (quote confirmations, replies, dealer application status) through our email provider, Resend
  • Connect you with the nearest authorized dealer for your ZIP code
  • Send marketing emails about products, technical resources, and promotions, only if you opt in
  • Measure Site traffic and improve content, navigation, and performance
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes:

Strictly necessary cookies. Required for the Site to function (load balancing, security, remembering your cookie preferences). These do not require consent.

Analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics sets cookies that record a randomized client identifier, page views, events, and approximate location. We have IP anonymization enabled and do not allow Google to use the data for its own advertising purposes.

We load Google Analytics only after you accept analytics cookies through our consent banner. Until you accept, Google’s tags run in Consent Mode v2 with all storage denied.

You can change your choice at any time by clicking Cookie Settings in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser. You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social media tracking pixels at this time.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only with the following categories of recipients:

  • Authorized dealers, when you request a referral or quote through the dealer locator. We pass along the contact details and project information needed to follow up with you.
  • Service providers who help us run the Site and respond to inquiries. These include:
    • Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, DDoS protection)
    • Resend (transactional and outbound email delivery)
    • Google Analytics (Site analytics, only with your consent)
    • Google Maps (rendering the dealer locator map)
  • Legal and safety recipients, when disclosure is required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.

We require service providers to use the information only for the services they provide to us.

5. Data Retention

We keep contact form submissions and quote requests for up to 36 months from the date of last contact, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data in Google Analytics is retained for 14 months by default. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.
