Technical Specifications
All product specifications, R-values, and performance claims are based on standardized testing conditions. Actual performance may vary based on installation quality, environmental factors, and building design. R-values stated for reflective insulation assemblies include the contribution of the required air space.
No Engineering, Architectural, or Code Advice
The Site provides general information about reflective and bubble insulation products and related accessories. This information is not engineering, architectural, or building code advice. Assembly performance depends on design, climate, ventilation, installation, and surrounding materials. Installation and Use
Installation Requirements
Proper installation is critical for product performance. All reflective insulation products require:
- An air space of at least ¾ inch adjacent to the reflective surface
- Installation according to manufacturer guidelines and local building codes
- Proper sealing of seams with approved foil tape
- Appropriate fastening methods for the substrate
Professional Installation
We recommend professional installation for optimal performance. Radiant Barrier USA is not liable for issues arising from improper installation, including but not limited to:
- Failure to maintain required air space
- Improper fastening or sealing
- Installation not compliant with local codes
- Damage during installation
Building Codes
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that product use and installation comply with all applicable local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
Quotes, Orders, and Samples
Information on the Site is not an offer to sell. Quotes, pricing, lead times, warranties, and other commercial terms are provided by the Radiant Barrier USA sales team and, if you proceed with an order, are governed by the written sales terms in your quotation, order acknowledgement, invoice, or supply agreement. If there is a conflict between the Site and written sales terms, the written sales terms control.
Warranties
Limited Product Warranty
Radiant Barrier USA warrants that our manufactured products will:
- Meet published specifications at the time of sale
- Be free from defects in materials and workmanship
- Maintain reflective properties under normal use conditions
Warranty Period
Our standard warranty period is ten (10) years from the date of purchase for material defects and reflectivity performance when properly installed.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from improper installation or handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from fire, flood, or other natural disasters
- Exposure to chemicals or corrosive environments
- Products not installed according to guidelines
- Consequential or incidental damages
Warranty Disclaimer
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, OUR PRODUCTS ARE SOLD "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Acceptable Use

Dealer and Commercial Accounts
Dealer Program
Approved dealers are subject to additional terms as specified in their Dealer Agreement, including:
- Minimum order requirements
- Pricing and discount structures
- Territory restrictions (if applicable)
- Marketing and branding guidelines
Commercial Credit
Commercial credit accounts are subject to credit approval and separate credit terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiant Barrier USA disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, as well as any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

Limitation of Liability
Damage Limitations
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RADIANT BARRIER USA AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages
- Lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Property damage beyond the product itself
- Personal injury not caused by product defects
- Damages arising from improper installation or use
- Damages arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages
Maximum Liability
For any claim relating to products purchased from Radiant Barrier USA, our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
For any claim relating solely to the Site (not involving a product purchase), the total liability of Radiant Barrier USA will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
Time Limitation
Any claim or action arising from the purchase or use of our products or the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues.
Jurisdictional Limitations
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. Where those laws apply, the limitations in this section apply to the maximum extent permitted.
Indemnification

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction and Venue
You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas for any dispute that arises from or relates to these Terms, the Site, or our products.
Waiver of Class Action
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Force Majeure
Radiant Barrier USA shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, acts of God, or severe weather
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Government actions or regulations
- Labor disputes or strikes
- Supply chain disruptions
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
Termination
Radiant Barrier USA may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
General Terms
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, and any applicable Dealer Agreement, form the entire agreement between you and Radiant Barrier USA regarding the Site and our products.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The failure of Radiant Barrier USA to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Radiant Barrier USA. Radiant Barrier USA may assign these Terms in connection with a corporate transaction.
